Meet Jessie

With nearly two decades of experience in the events industry, Jessie Blumer, owner of Eventologist, has mastered the art of bringing people together through unforgettable experiences. Since 2006, she has planned and executed an incredible range of events from corporate events to weddings, concerts to dinner parties, sporting events to flat shows to fundraisers to fashion shows. Creating meaningful moments that connect people is at the heart of her work.

As the former Event Operations Manager at Lumen Field and WAMU Theater, Jessie led the planning and execution of events for up to 60,000 guests, overseeing more than 400 events annually. She managed an events team of 70, expanding to over 200 during major events, and coordinated with more than ten internal departments to ensure seamless operations. Her leadership, attention to detail, and grace under pressure made her an essential force behind some of Seattle’s largest and most complex productions.

Earlier in her career, Jessie led an events team of 45 at the Seattle Aquarium, orchestrating events from 50 to 1,500 guests. From curating timelines and designing layouts to staffing and vendor coordination, she ensured every detail came together with precision and care.

Today, as a Program Manager for a nonprofit organization, Jessie continues to merge her expertise in logistics and relationship management. She oversees the sponsorship program, plans and operates organizational events, and leads initiatives that enhance engagement and strengthen the foundation for valuable connections and shared growth. Her work encompasses venue sourcing, contract negotiations, content development, marketing, and hands-on event operations, all with a focus on creating purposeful, well-executed experiences.

Jessie has operational and sales experience across notable and unique venues, equipping her with skills to manage events of all sizes, styles, and needs: Lumen Field/Seahawks Stadium, WAMU Theater, Seattle Aquarium, MoPop Museum, Hilton Bellevue, Alexis Hotel, Harbor Club, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Cruise West, Gainey Ranch Golf Club, and where it all began: Firerock Golf Club. Throughout her career, she’s gained vast knowledge, irreplaceable experience, and a deep understanding of guests' needs. Jessie believes great events do more than run smoothly, they create connection.
